Pricing Currency
All pricing is listed in US dollar sums.
As Grizzly AI has a global user base, pricing per licence follows the conventional SaaS pricing model of being expressed in USD.
The sum charged, per month, will be automatically converted in the resident’s domestic currency on each billing cycle.
Subscribers of Grizzly AI software domiciled in New Zealand will be charged GST.
Grizzly AI Subscription Pricing Model
There are, at present, three options for subscribing to the Grizzly AI application, as follows:
- Starter Licence
The Starter, or entry-level Grizzly AI licence, is priced at USD$19 per user, per month. The licence is payable in advance for the following month on the monthly anniversary of the subscription period.

The Professional licence is priced at USD$29 per user, per month. The licence is payable in advance for the following month on the monthly anniversary of the subscription period.

As there is a considerable difference between the Starter and Professional licensing functionality and the Enterprise licence functionality, the pricing is subject to negotiation.- Volume commitments, customisation and integration requirements, company branding and other factors will have a bearing on Enterprise licence pricing.
- Enterprise licences are payable one year in advance.
Access to New Grizzly AI Functionality
Access to any of the functionality outlined on the Grizzly AI website relevant to the respective licence, will be available to users at the above prices, when it is delivered within the next few months.
This principle will apply until June 30, 2024.
Billing Processes
All Grizzly AI billing is performed by Grizzly AI Limited.
Starter and Professional licences are charged to the credit card used to subscribe to the software.
Grizzly AI’s payment gateway is Stripe.
Stripe handles all of the credit card transactions for the Starter and Professional licenses.
Enterprise licences are billed via an annual invoice.
Non-payment Process
If the credit card payment for a Starter or Professional licence is not valid for any particular month, the subscription will be paused until any overdue payments are received.
